THE ATELIER
A house built to slow the day.
Sable & Silk is not a salon. It is a room with a door that closes, a chair that knows your name, and a stylist with the afternoon free.
ABOUT THE OWNER
A room set for one, a longer clock, and the art of listening.
Sable & Silk was born out of a simple realization: we built the salon we were missing. In a world full of noise and rushed appointments, we missed the part that truly mattered—the unhurried conversation, the deeper connection, and the work of being known.
Here, this is not just a service; it is a standing arrangement, kept quietly and faithfully. I invite you into a space where there is no double-booking and no rush. Only your hair, my hands, and the afternoon.

A QUIET PHILOSOPHY
We built the salon we were missing.
We came to this work because we missed the part that mattered the listening. The unhurried conversation. The hand that knew the hair before the scissors touched it.
So we built a small house, with a single chair, and a longer clock. No double-booking. No noise. No volume.
Only your hair, our hands, and the afternoon.
LEGACY
The work of being known.

Our guests stay with us for years. We remember the wedding, the winter, the season they grew it out. We keep notes, not files, and we adjust as life adjusts.

This is not a service. It is a standing arrangement, kept quietly and faithfully, in a room set for one.
